  6. Look at your keyboard.  Notice that the "R" is above the "F" 
  7. and slightly to the left.  The "R" is keyed with the "F" finger.

  9. Without removing the other fingers from their positions on the 
  10. home row keys, reach from "F" up to "R" and back to "F" again.  
  11. Practice this reach until you feel comfortable.

  13. Now, practice this reach as it is called for you.

  15. Wait for the tone before you strike the key and think each key as
  16. you strike it.
